The 2^nd China International Shipbuilding & Port Construction (Qingdao) Exhibition was opened in Qingdao on August 11. The three-day exhibition has attracted about 200 enterprises from China, Korea,Japan, Germany, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong etc.

 

This exhibition is hosted by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, covering 11 aspects such as shipbuilding technology and equipment, ship-repairing technology and equipment, marine engineering, underwater equipment, port facilities and so on.

 

Compared with Japan and Korea, China still has a long way to go in shipbuilding industry. This forum is a recognizable event for exploring various avenues about the shipping and port industry. It offers enormous opportunities to enter into Chinese port industrial sector

 

According to the data released by Clarkson in this July, the shipbuilding capacity of China has ranked No.1 in the world. It is the best way to promote the development of Chinese and world shipbuilding industries by enhancing international cooperation.

 

The “China Bohai Sea Ring Area Ship Industry Development Forum” and “Exhibitors’ New Products and Technologies Release Conference” will be held during this exhibition.
