Submarine Cable Repairing at Yangtze River Estuary

 

1.       Date: with effect from January 19 to February 10, 2010.

2.       Working areas: waters extended 500m from both sides of  the lines linked by the following spots:

       A: 30°52′N/122°59′E;

       B: 30°51′N/123°03′E;

       C: 30°49′N/123°03′E;

       D: 30°50′N/122°59′E.

3.       Details: France-flagged working vessel “LODBROG” with the length of 144m will start to repair the submarine cable in the areas mentioned above.

4.       Notice:

A.     The working vessel should display the working signals in accordance with relevant regulations.

B.      The working vessels should strengthen watch and contact on VHF 16;

C.      The navigating ships shall pass 1000m away from the bow and stern of the working vessel slowly.
