1.       Date: with effect from January 12 to December 31, 2010. Only operation at day time.

2.       Working areas: waters 1984m long and 40m wide at the apron of Phase ⅡWharf of Waigaoqiao Port and Sanhai Wharf.

3.       Details: working vessels are “HU BAO SHU JUN 2”, “HU BAO NI JI 1”, “HU BAO NI JI 2”, “HU BAO NI JI 3”, “BU BAO NI JI 5”, “HU BAO NI JI 6”, “HU BAO NI JI 8”, and “HU BAO NI JI 9”. The dredgers will work along the bank. They will cast  V-shaped anchors towards the center of the river. The distance between the front anchor and back anchor is 300m, and the cable is not longer than 100m. The distance between anchors is 150m. Dredged soil will be cast in the spoil area in the north of Wusongkou.

4.       Notice:

A.     Working vessels should display working signals in accordance with relevant regulations. There should be obvious marks of the hawsers’ water-entry direction in the daytime and lights on them at night. The anchor shall be placed at the bottom of the river when not working.

B.      Working vessels should strengthen lookout, and keep a listening watch on VHF 06.

C.      The passing vessels should sail slowly 150m away from the working vessels.

D.     When the wind is over class6 and the visibility is less than 1000 m, the operation will be stopped.
