According to Regulations of the People's Republic of China on International Ocean Shipping, the enterprises below are qualified with non-vessel operating common carrier service and they shall be issued Non-vessel Operating Common Carrier Business License and granted to conduct non-vessel operating common carrier service in and out Chinese ports.
