If vessel anchors in Lianyungang Road for a long time, the anchor chains will become twisted, due to ships' irregular turning. The Master should heave up anchor to one or two shackles in water and then slack to his requirements at least once a week.
PILOTAGE: Compulsory. Pilotage undertaken day and night. Pilot boards at Pilot Anchorage.
