LOCATION: The port is located on the east coast opposite Taiwan, approximately 260 n.m. NE of Hong Kong.

RESTRICTIONS: The draft limitation in the channel up to the Pilot/Quarantine Anchorage is 12.0 m. and the limitation in the channel from the Pilot/Quarantine Anchorage to Dong Du Wharf is 8.0 m. Also see "Berthing".
PILOTAGE: Compulsory and is undertaken in day time only. The pilot boards the vessel in the Pilot/Quarantine Anchorage.
